    Both of my children have been training with Danny for about 6 months and absolutely love going to every practice. The environment is very positive and encouraging and they both gained a lot of confidence in their abilities.

    We can not give Danny enough praise! Our son attended class for 2-3 years and loved every minute of it. 3 years after he last attended class, Danny reached out to us asking about our son and how he was doing and that he missed him. We knew that Jui Jitsu will build character but for Danny to reach out after that many years shows just how great of an instructor Danny is and how much he truly cares about our youth. Highly recommend it for anyone looking into a place for your children!

    I'd been wanting to take up jiu jitsu for a long time but felt very nervous starting in my 40's with no martial arts background. Of all the gyms I investigated, Ronin by far had the most welcoming culture for inexperienced newcomers. Coach Danny is very professional and very approachable. You learn to dive right into the training environment and you're treated as a peer from day one. You'll learn from Danny and the other coaches and also from the more experienced members. Just as important for me is the KIDS classes. My 6 year old daughter started training and coach Danny is masterful with the kids: patient, encouraging, all while challenging them to excel. I've seen my daughter grow in confidence and assertiveness in the past 3 months while making new friends and having a lot of fun. There's no better training environment than Ronin. Check out a class!

    I was traveling to New Jersey for the day, so I decided to visit NJ Ronin for a workout… I was very impressed with the facility, the instructors and the students. The 11am striking class was very well balanced between technique and endurance! The open mat was welcoming to all disciplines, so sparring and rolling rounds were 🔥 I recommend everyone to check out this gym in Hackettstown 🤙

    I’m a new member here and it’s like a giant family - Danny and the coaches are super friendly and approachable and they do a great job instructing kids, youth and adults alike. If you’re looking to get serious about Jiu Jitsu/striking, or just get in shape this is the place for you.
