Core is an excellent martial arts academy for both children and adults. When I moved to the area I had already been training in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for about 8 years and had experienced a variety of different academies. Core was the first academy I looked at and never felt like I needed to see anything else in the area. The head instructor Dave is an excellent teacher who cares about his students progress and creates a fun and light atmosphere for training. The other students are welcoming and create a family-like atmosphere which is often difficult to develop. I am happy to call Core my martial arts home and look forward to enrolling my kids in their programs as well. Overall I would highly recommend Core for anyone looking to learn martial arts or continue their training journey.

The owner and instructor Dave is one of the most professional Jiu-Jitsu practitioners I've had the pleasure to meet and work with. His first priority in these times is absolute safety. He's taken every precaution to make sure both kids and adults are training safely. He has a team of fantastic instructors that are always willing and available to answer any question you may have and are too shelf teachers. I highly recommend you visit Core if you're looking to stay training.

Due to work constantly relocating me, I’ve trained at a decent amount of bjj academies. Dave is by far one of the nicest and knowledgeable instructors. Classes are well organized, with a fantastic family like crowd. That goes for both, kids classes and adult classes since my son and I both train at Core. It doesn’t get any better than this. Proud to be a part of this team.

I started my journey at Core just shy of three years ago and wouldn't have it any other way. I love everything about it! It's a clean, comfortable environment to be in with great people who are all there for one reason, to learn and train jiu-jitsu! There is a kid's program that is definitely worth checking out as well. Dave is a very well rounded instructor with a lot of excellent knowledge to share.
