  Amazing gym!!! A really well-structured martial arts program for beginners and pros 💪🏽 The whole team is really friendly and helpful. Even if you're not quite ready to try martial arts, come and see for yourself!!! Maybe it's something for you too.

  I was there for two years. I was initially concerned about my age, I didn't know anyone there, and also about injuries... Everyone is cool, and everyone is considerate of one another. There are enough rules and clear instructions from the coaches. I felt welcome at all times and am now as fit as I was when I was 20. I'll probably come back when my personal situation allows.
