  A top school where traditional, authentic Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is taught. Quality clearly takes precedence over quantity, meaning training takes place in small groups. Time is dedicated to each individual, regardless of level or experience! This means you learn a great deal, and the training is a lot of fun!

  The training takes place in a smaller group rather than a large one, which is good because you get more support. The instructor learned Brazilian Jiu-jitsu directly from a Brazilian trainer, who also visits from time to time. The system is easy to learn; you progress from one belt to the next in defined steps. But nothing is given for free; it's tough ;) I can recommend it with a clear conscience.

  I think BJJ training is great, I really enjoy going. It's a good way for me to unwind from everyday life. Our instructor (a black belt) is also very good and patient. The training is adapted to each student's skill level and ability. A Brazilian instructor (also a black belt) regularly comes to our training sessions and teaches us.

  A great BJJ school with an experienced instructor, a great atmosphere, and a fantastic learning environment. You get excellent support, and BJJ is suitable for both competitive training and self-defense. Training includes drills and sparring. Highly recommended!
