Next Generation MMA has been a great resource for a beginner family such as ourselves. My son has enjoyed every minute. They are a family ran business, they offer a variety of classes such as boxing, JiuJITSu as well as wrestling from beginner to advanced. They even offer private lessons that have really paid off. The staff are not only friendly and knowledgeable, but they are also great encouragers and motivators. I would highly recommend this gym over the competitors locally, although, I might be biased because of how they’ve empowered my son and the confidence they’ve instilled in him in just a short time. I’d say if you were on the fence about if your child might like it, they offer a free week….give it the ol college try…you won’t regret it.

It's clear that the foundation of the program is built on strong fundamentals. The coaching staff really takes the time to break down each technique and make sure every athlete, regardless of experience, gets the attention they need to improve. What stands out the most, though, is the incredible culture they've created. The team is supportive, the coach is not only knowledgeable but genuinely cares about the growth and well-being of each wrestler. It’s a place where hard work is valued, but so is respect and sportsmanship. If you're looking for a place to develop wrestling skills in a positive, nurturing environment, this is it!"

Awesome gym with amazing coaches. They reinforce fundamentals and are great at accommodating all skills levels into training. The community that rolls here is also great and everyone is welcoming.

Our kids attend the boxing, BJJ and wrestling classes and are having a great time! Really knowledge coaching team with a fantastic atmosphere, highly recommend.
