This gym is fantastic! The instructors are really friendly and very knowledgeable. It's like a family. Cannot recommend this enough. If you want your child to learn to defend themselves and build confidence then this is the place. It's also reasonably priced. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Despite witnessing well-organized exercises in the gym, I'm disappointed with the lack of communication, which compels me to give only 1 star. Messages are read, but I don't receive responses, and I'm unsure if I can join the 30-day trial. I'm left wondering if this lack of response is due to my gender or nationality. I hope to find a more responsive and inclusive club than this one...

Fantastic first experience, Paul was great, great communication my 7 yr old turned up and was treated like he had been there a 100 times before. My husband has now signed up, 4 lessons before 1st payment, other local MMA Classes have disappointed and ripped us off for 90 day payments. Well run, friendly atmosphere. One, if not THEE best MMA gyms in the UK. Great coach, makes Jiu-jitsu very learnable. I would highly recommend this gym to any friends or strangers.

Best gym in Merseyside, by far. Train with world class couches and fighters in a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, good for everyone regardless the age and background. Come down and see for yourself.
