I can't ask for a better gym to train at. Transferred here last year September and I got welcomed to a wonderful gym. Everyone is so warm and respectful and absolutely great to roll with. High level, skilled individuals and all aligned to honing their craft.

Been training here for a year now, got my first two stripes here. It's a really supportive community, I always look forward to training and the time flies when I'm there. The level of coaching is very high - they know how to achieve things in competition, and also how to teach. When I tried my first competition I was pleasantly surprised - I did better than I expected!

I joined as a blue belt from a different school and I felt very welcomed as I arrived. The lessons I received from the coaches are top notch and they're very honest about what they know and what isn't within their field of expertise. I've met dishonest black belts from other schools with big egos who won't admit to not knowing something and it's a bad look. New School is perfect for anyone who is a hobbyist or a serious competitor. Their track record on the competition scene despite only existing for 3 years is extraordinary. This is a massive recommendation from me.

The quality of teaching is excellent and everyone is really welcoming so it is great for people trying it for the first time. They also have dedicated competition training and provide many opportunities to compete at all levels. The facilities are also clean and well maintained.

Joined the gym as a blue belt last summer after relocating to London. Really high level of coaching and great people too! Very lucky to have found New School Brixton right on my doorstep.
