Hands down the best boxing/mma gym in Ottawa. This is a high level martial arts gym, with quality coaches. If you want to take your training to the next level , this is the gym for you.

Best gym in Ottawa! I've tried most of the gyms around town and this is the place to be, top level instruction for the best price in town. No hidden costs or pressure to buy merchandise, just a fun and rewarding atmosphere, great people and a serious workout everytime.

I like attending classes like Kickboxing and bjj, doing everything from warmup to drills and other techniques that are taught for combat. Coach Sam is welcoming, knowledgeable and friendly coach. This gym has a positive environment and a great community.

Neak ta has a great sense of family. The coaches are great mentors. Everybody encourages you to do better. I've seen great improvement in my self confidence and skills.
