I didn't end up taking a class with Fight and Fitness yet I can attest that this business is very committed to customer services. Everyone I spoke to was super flexible, accommodating, responsive, respectful and most importantly honest. What a treat to deal with someone with so much integrity.

I’ve been training here for 3 weeks and it’s been awesome the facility, coaches, location and all have been amazing. Was very welcomed and helped by Sacha, great owner and coach.

Amazing gym! Friendly, welcoming and helpful for all levels, from beginners to top competitors! I have been training both BJJ and Muay Thai here since 2018, and it has always been a healthy supportive gym environment! With in my opinion some of the best Muay Thai in the city! Highly recommend!

Covid review: Beyond impressed with the professional job done to meet Covid requirements! I've been to a couple classes since they've opened up at the start of this week and it's been a real treat. Sasha screens each member coming in to the gym, has set up the gym to meet physical distancing, and has high standard cleaning practices of the equipment. Sasha has really nailed it and the gym set up should be used for an example for others. So if anyone is thinking about coming back to the gym, or thinking about joining, expect a Covid compliant clean gym, with friendly positive staff and members.

Meant to leave this back in 2016-2017 when I first joined but this gym is by far one of the best gyms for Muay Thai and Boxing. Sazcha (please forgive me if I spelled that wrong) the head coach is a great coach and all around awesome guy. This is where my first Muay Thai experience began and I’m still training to this day although in a different city now. So you can imagine the kind of long lasting impression they gave me. Highly recommend for all levels!
