As with the other MMMA gyms, everything here is really great. You can tell that everyone - whether the owner, the trainer or simply the participants - puts a lot of passion into it. The large mat area is pure luxury, the pit walls are a cool gimmick, but I was particularly impressed by the sprung floor. This really allows for very effective training, especially when it comes to throwing. The changing room and showers are also great - everything is modern, clean and really has enough space.

The most modern Jiu-Jitsu gym in Munich. A sprung floor is super comfortable for training, large, bright locker rooms, and a huge community on the mat!

Wow. The training is amazing. The standard is high. The gym is huge, a maximum of 5 minutes' walk from the S-Bahn. It even has pit walls (sloped mat walls) and a sprung floor. 😍😍😍😍😍 And the changing rooms and showers are perfect. Never seen such an awesome martial arts studio in Germany. So if you want to train nogi and bjj, you can't miss this gym.

This has to be the most polished and modern Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Gym in Munich, if not nation wide. Attended morning class at 7am. Friendly staff, very clean, spring floor construction which I have never experienced anywhere else and an amazing locker/shower area.

Hello everyone. Regarding the open mats: since each group takes turns, no one cleans and disinfects the mats! I've already had a case where I got a fungus on my throat! START CLEANING THE MATS!
