Joining UFA was one of the best decisions I made this year. You will learn martial arts from a living inspiration, Takis, and meet amazing (emphasis in amazing) people. Great technique and amazing people are a mix that is very hard to find, but the powerful magic of Takis and Nico make it possible. I finished a half Ironman last year but have never felt as strong and healthy as I do now. It's not just physical but also mental. Learning to fail safely, block a punch or kick, get punched, punch back, and find ways out of BJJ positions are truly life-changing. After a few months, I can already feel that this "Andrea 2.0" is more confident and resilient. To sum it up, do yourself a favor and sign up for a free class—that's how I started back in February this year without any previous knowledge of martial arts. The only risk is that you'll love it as much as I do. We took this picture today. Yeah, I am the one in green still trying to be intimidating. See you soon in class :)

Best training atmosphere of all the gyms I have been to! The trainers are top tier, master nico as a striking machine and Prof. Takis for everything else especially when it comes to fighting on the ground. Progress is guaranteed when training here 💪

I felt part of a team as soon as I stepped in there. The trainers are just awesome and they teach and follow us with great professionalism. There is a lot of choice for the classes: kickboxing, Krav maga, bjj, and so on. Personally: when I am tired and I think I have to go and train there, I have energy again, plus there is badass music helping us to push it through. Nice!

Going to the fight gym has a completely different feel to it. Theres nothing like having an experienced trainer and dedicated attendees around you. When I was younger I did 7 years of BJJ and coming to that gym and doing kickboxing brought back that exact feeling.
