I’m from the United States and didn’t know anything about Munich. I visited the gym, and the staff were very welcoming and respectful. I highly recommend checking it out!

A really great Brazilian Jiu-jitsu (BJJ) gym to train at in Munich. The technical level of teachers and students alike is quite high, with many opportunities to learn new techniques. The gym is nice and clean, with good amenities to shower. Most professors speak English very well, so you don’t have to worry about being left out if you are an international. You can also do boxing and yoga, which is quite nice. Overall, I would highly recommend if you plan to stay for a year or more in Munich.

I had a fantastic experience at this gym. I was in Munich on business and wanted to train one evening. I stopped in and was immediately accepted. Training was very good with an emphasis on solid techniques of mount escapes, Americana defense, and takedown. Of you are eve in Munich stop by this gym. You won't regret it!!

Awesome experience! Coming from the states I didn't know what to expect, but I was welcomed in like one of the family. I don't understand much German, but the instruction was clear and concise; my training partners were very safe and knew how to flow, and the facility is clean and includes showers. Great experience and I'm very appreciative for the training opportunity.
