MTK is an extremely special place, catering from beginners (I myself started here with minimal experience 2-3 years ago) to professional fighters. The community is outstanding, and the coaches are extremely passionate about their craft - Whether it’s mma, boxing, grappling or fitness. There’s also opportunities to compete in any discipline here. 10/10 🥊

Brilliant gym, amazing atmosphere too whether you are experienced or not everyone is made to feel welcome with top coaches too there is no reason not to train here

Fantastic gym, would highly recommend! As an ‘older’ woman, I take boxing classes there for fitness with my daughter. I never feel judged, just wholeheartedly supported by everyone in there. Such a welcoming and friendly place that has a family feel to it, good old fashioned morals and values. Shout out to Coach Cole, what an amazing young man. Not only is he my grandsons coach, he tolerates me too! So knowledgeable and supportive with a tonne of patience. Thanks to everyone in there, you’re awesome guys!

My son started training at MTK in March 2025, fast forward to November 2025, the gym has became a second home to him. He has taken part in multiple classes including MMA, Striking and BJJ, as well as doing 3 1:1 sessions per week with Cole. All of the lads at the gym have made him feel so welcome at all times, always offering up the fist bumps on arrival and words encouragement while he is training. Such an awesome community to be a part of!
