GF Team is a family orientated environment. Everybody’s friendly and welcoming! My daughter was made here and today she’s a World Champion with multiple championships in different categories! Come and check them out and watch your son/daughter be converted into a World Champion too!

I've been training here for about 2 years now and I have to say what a pleasure it has been to do so. GFTeam has a proud lineage and the instruction comes from top level talent. Being that GFTeam Orange is the hub of GFTeam for the Southwest, when competitions come up we see some of the most world class talent touch our mats. Jui jitsu can be a little intimidating if you've never trained before, and our team that we have now is friendly and willing to spend extra time going over things with you. I personally enjoy seeing new people come into the gym and being able to share my passion for jui jitsu with them. It's a great self defence skill, a way to stay physically healthy and active, and a practice that develops mental fortitude. With the right people around supporting it can even become a life long journey as it has for me.

The GFT BJJ team at House of Gyms is a truly inviting group of martial artists. Not once have I felt like a guest; the team there is an outstanding group of individuals. And, they have a room dedicated to children which is great when I take my daughter for their open mat.

Alright I will start off with the facility. It is a great place next to the freeway which helps with convenience. The mats look recently new and clean compared to other Jiu-JItus studios I've been to in the past. Coaches are friendly and highly experienced. They should tone it down a bit for the rookies but its safe in general :) Price is fair compared to other schools but because its clean and friendly I think you will quickly realize its worth it. I am happy with the training and give them a good 5 stars. Anyone looking for a good Jiu Jitsu Gym this is the place in my opinion.

This team flies under the radar in the area but there's high density of championship talent to learn from. I came here for the gi classes and have been very impressed with the coaches' instructions. In my experience, the team culture has been very welcoming and everyone that I've rolled with is friendly and willing to help by answering any questions I have. The class I attend is generally small so there's a lot of opportunity to get specific details on the problems I'm solving. Again, this team is a hidden gem in OC. Coaching staff: Israel - he leads the early morning classes. Israel's game is top notch and it comes through in his coaching. He's helpful and always looking to make sure the grapplers that show up are understanding and applying the techniques correctly. I feel like he's gone above and beyond helping me personally level up my gi game. Gabriel - I've attended one class led by Gabriel and that was my first class. His instruction was clear and he took the time to clarify questions. He was friendly and made me feel at home right away. Jaime - while I'm not a competitor, I did attend one of the pro training classes. Jaime taught the class and catered his lesson for multiple skill levels. The class is geared towards upper belts and I'm grateful that he went out of his way to ensure I wasn't left behind.
