Moyo Jiu Jitsu is an exceptional academy. Professor Arif is a patient, highly skilled instructor, and has earned an immense level of trust and appreciation from me through training my three kids (ages 12, 10 and 8), and myself. His classes are thoughtfully structured and build on one another, ultimately resulting in a clear and effective system for both sport and casual jiu jitsu. The welcoming, supportive culture at Moyo comes directly from Professor Arif’s leadership, and it’s inspiring to see how genuinely excited and engaged the students are. Highly recommended.

I can’t say enough good things about MOYO Jiu-Jitsu! From the moment I walked in, I felt completely welcomed and at ease, which says a lot because I’m a total beginner. The vibe here is super positive, and the community is friendly and supportive. What really sets this place apart is the instructor. He has an incredible way of breaking things down so that even someone with zero experience (me!) can understand and actually do it. His teaching style is clear, patient, and seriously effective. You can tell he genuinely cares about his students learning and improving. If you’ve ever been curious about trying Jiu-Jitsu, this is 100% the place to do it. MOYO makes the journey exciting, empowering, and most importantly - fun!
