  Coach kicks my ass everyday!! It’s a good gym and coach is very experienced. 10/10 would recommend to beginners or anyone who wants to get in shape.

  I started coming to MMAHITSQUAD almost 3 months ago. I first started only coming an hour a day for beginner boxing, now I find myself spending my evenings around Coach David and the wonderful environment he’s built at the gym. The lessons we come and learn on a daily basis can be used in day-to-day life and in the ring or on the mats. I would totally recommend MMAHITSQUAD to anybody that want to improve their fitness or mental health. #PPMHSALVC

  I joined to learn and get the discipline I needed back in my life to get motivated to workout and train again. Coach teaches from the basic to advance to get everyone ready, and at the same pace. He makes sure you are showing up and getting the training needed. He teaches different disciplines in MMA, materiel arts, boxing and bjj.
