Mindflow Jiu-Jitsu was a happy coincidence for me because I got a job so close and I was looking for convenience to get my BJJ training going... found them through my previous coach and the first class made so much sense to me that I planning on staying there for a long time... very welcoming environment and very knowledgeable teachers. The flow, as described on their website, is really valuable not only as a warm up but mainly as a way to enhance our body awareness. Best way to understand is trying out a class.

As someone training BJJ for the first time, I’m so thankful to have found Mindflow. I’ve heard horror stories of white belts getting beat up and injured right out of the gate, so I was pretty careful to find a place that felt comfortable. All the trainers here are amazing practitioners, of course, but they’re also just cool dudes. The whole team is like a little family and after every session every person comes out a little better than they were when they went in. Whether you’re looking to try jiu-jitsu for the first time or you’re a black belt looking for serious, high-level training, this is the spot.

Great experience so far. The instructors have all been competent, competitive, and patient. Much better than the other gym I tried for a week. Would highly recommend Mindflow.
