We love MAUSA! The masters here are top notch and fantastic with those who have special needs. All of them are extremely patient. My son especially loves Master William, Master Anh (sp?) and all of the ladies who help. He has learned so much, and I’ve seen a big change in his motivation and patience. They offer parents nights out and lots of fun things for kids. I can’t recommend this place enough- even with the growing amount of TKD places in the area.

I've been going for a couple months now, they have a great team running this location and both my kids love going. It's a fairly large group among all the belts but they have a lot of instructors to guide them. Id recommend this program to anyone

We’ve been coming to Martial Arts USA for several months now and our son loves it. We’ve seen tons of growth in his confidence, focus, and respect. The team is great with the kids and wonderful to work with. Highly recommend.
Trainers and staff are fantastic, my daughter loves the place and looking forward for getting her black belt.
Our son has had a great experience starting here as a beginner. The instructors are attentive and encouraging while creating a positive atmosphere. Probably most important, the kids are having fun while learning new skills. Highly recommend

I can't say enough wonderful things about the taekwondo classes offered here! My 5-year-old daughter has been attending for almost a year now, and her experience has been nothing short of amazing. The classes have been incredibly engaging and have sparked a genuine enthusiasm for taekwondo in her. Master Shin, in particular, has been outstanding. His energy, patience, and skillful instruction make every class something my daughter looks forward to. She’s learned so much already, from basic techniques to important values like discipline and respect, all while having a great time.
My nephew half way to get his Black Belt and he loves this place very much. Masters, Instructors and office personnel are awesome. They teach not only taekwondo techniques but also to be disciplined. Highly recommended
Highly recommend this place. The staff is very friendly and super patient with the kiddos. My son has learned about manners and is now even counting in Korean. He’s become more confident in himself and now definitely has a higher self-esteem.

I would like to thank Martial Arts USA in Cypress,TX, all its wonderful masters, instructors and staff. My child has learned so much here, not just martial arts. She gained more confidence to try new things. She is challenged with new moves and techniques as she moved up in belt levels. This place is AMAZING! The owners and the masters are top notch. Both of my children have gone through their program. I can't recommend them enough. They encourage the kids to do well in school, at home, and in society in general.
Awesome experience so far! Our 9 year old had some experience with another place that was doing taekwondo but it was not really build for kiddos. Lessons were too long. This is in and out and very efficient classes. Mr C. is high energy and super encouraging. Our kiddo loves it! Give it a try, two weeks for free. Classes are easy to schedule via the app. You can see how many kids are coming, get on a waiting list. Monday classes are our favs, our kiddo goes right after school. Lots of class options and times.

My daughter absolutely loves attending classes at this school! She has been coming here for about a year and a half, and has grown to love practicing martial arts! The instructors are awesome with kids, and have devoted their lives to teaching children Taekwondo. They treat their students as family. This is a well organized facility and they are truly passionate about teaching. They have so much patience with the kiddos… even my four-year old who cried (and cried) the first few classes… now he’s on his 4th belt, while my daughter is on her way to High Blue! We are very impressed by everyone on the team… from Miss Naomi, to Miss Ashley and Masters Shin and An — and everyone in between. Highly recommend.

This is a great family friendly place to learn martial arts. Instructors/Masters/Staff are all super friendly and helpful. They quickly identify when a client or child is struggling and make sure they receive assistance to ensure success. All while making sure their classes continue flow for others. It is a extremely well run business. My kids are absolutely loving their experience here. We have been going here now for about 2 or so months and while we looked at several locations, we are very pleased with our choice. Highly recommend for all ages! I'm even thinking about taking it on myself after watching my kids.
we registered my son for Martial Arts class because he is very shy, he needed confidence building, focus more and be able to defend himself. He has improved on confidence, focus, coordination and so much more. I just say that this is a fantastic place. we love everything about it. The facility is nice and clean and the staff is very nice and helpful. The masters and instructors is absolutely amazing with all of their students.
My son started the peewee class about a year ago right after he turns four, and we have seen significant improvement of his confidence and how he handles fears. He cried at his first group class, cried at his first belt test, but the Masters were very patient with the situation and they did a great job help building his confidence and encourage him to do his best. I was so proud and happy to see my son passing the most recent belt testing with no tear, and he was filled with joy and excitement of his achievement. The peewee class teaches my son more than just the few kicks and punches, it teaches him to build a stronger and braver character, and that is something he can benefit for life! My daughter has been at Martial Arts USA for 6+ years and it has been an incredible experience for her. Not only did she learn TaeKwonDo (she is a 2nd degree black belt and working on her 3rd degree) but she also learned discipline and perseverance which has helped in all areas of her life. We are so happy that our 5-year-old son is attending Martial Arts USA school. He started at 4, and for him at the beginning, it was difficult to focus throughout the class. Master Shin and Master An are so great at working with children! they know how to redirect children's attention and keep them motivated to finish their class! I love how much focus they give to be respectful to parents. Whenever there is something to work on, the Master, kid, and parent would have a private conversation in their office and work on a plan to help the child. My son is always looking forward to his next belt color, and asking me to go to martial arts every day! My husband chose this school in 2020 because it had dozens of wonderful reviews! unfortunately another company hacked their account and stole away years of great reviews. This is a GREAT Martial Arts school!
My kids started taking Taekwondo classes at age 5 & 7 they are now 9 & 11. In the 4 years we’ve been part Martial Arts USA, with guidance of the Masters and instructors my kids have learned to be more focused, independent, disciplined. Have even grown more confident in themselves helping new students in the leadership program. These life skills and more will be with them for life! They have also earned their first Kukkiwon certified Black Belt and aiming for their second 😊!
If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!!! My son and I have both really enjoyed this experience. My son was starting to lose his confidence, which happens sometimes with 10 year olds when their worlds start changing, and he needed something that was just his…. And THIS is it! My son loves Taekwondo with a passion and says he has found his “spark.” Not only has he regained his confidence, but he has started to willingly help more around the house and is a lot more respectful to all adults. The instructors are very caring; and as a mom that shares 50 percent custody dad, Martial Arts USA even offers ONLINE classes my son can do when he is at his dad’s house. The online class is not just a class he follows along with, the instructors are watching my son do the class and giving him instruction via zoom. How amazing is that?! With every belt he achieves, he masters another life lesson/skill. We were lucky one of the first focused on obedience and confidence. My son achieved his yellow belt today and I’ll let you see the look on his face for yourself. I think it will tell you what you need to know. Thank you Martial Arts USA ❤️
Our family LOVES Martial Arts USA! Master C and the staff there are amazing working with my son. They know just what he needs and how to best work with him, and most importantly, they knew him by name from day one. We checked into other Martial Arts places before we came here and this was the first place where we felt that they really cared and we weren't just a sales pitch. They were upfront from the moment we met on the cost of the program... they had nothing to hide. The instructors greet us as we walk in and make us feel like part of the family every day. The best part of the program is that it is much more than just Martial Arts. They teach our kids to be good citizens. They offer rewards for doing chores, keeping up with their school work, and being respectful to those around them. They genuinely want my son to be successful in EVERYTHING that he does, and he has really changed in the months since we started there. My son loves going to class!! This place is the best Taekwondo studio in Cypress! The space is large and well maintained, plenty of room for parents to sit and watch without being in the way. The teachers and staff are friendly. I’m not giving 5 stars simply because the 12 month contract of monthly payments and paying 55-75 for each belt testing feels a bit stiff, but I appreciate the dedication and commitment it requires. My son loves it and we look forward to growing with Martial Arts USA.
My son attended Martial Arts USA for two years, but I'm extremely disappointed with their recent behavior. They charged me while his account was frozen and refused to refund the money. Instead of addressing the issue, they chose to lose me as a customer. As a business owner, I understand the importance of caring for customers, but Martial Arts USA clearly does not. Very disappointed and do not recommend them
I'm very disappointed with Martial Arts USA. They charged me without my authorization, which is completely unacceptable. Their billing practices are unethical, and it has caused me a lot of frustration. I expected better from a professional establishment. Beware of hidden charges and unauthorized transactions if you decide to sign up here.
