    Mantra is not just a place to train, it truly is a family. Everyone is helpful, friendly, and genuine. Every instructor is knowledgeable and professional. I have been fortunate enough to travel to many places and I have trained all over, but no place compares. Great kids classes, great adult classes. Couldn’t ask for anything more.

    Walked in here by myself 2.5 years ago - fast forward to today and I'm surrounded by friends. A very welcoming atmosphere with amazing instruction. Definitely recommend for anyone who is looking to learn a new skill, get a great workout, and have lots of fun.
