What got me hooked on this Gym was the friendly and communal atmosphere, welcoming Students and a Class A Coach. Even though I felt like a Fish out of Water you’ve got a structured Curriculum and a Coach who is invested in the development of every single one of his students – all I needed to do was to show up. Whether you’re looking to compete or just have a bit of fun and stay fit or interested in self-defence you’ll be at home here. One of the best decisions I’ve made.

The Coach is very knowledgeable, friendly, and incredibly supportive, making it easy for beginners like me to feel welcome. The classes are well-structured, offering a fantastic balance of technique, conditioning, and sparring.
