I've been training at CSC for several years now and I'm more than satisfied! Even as a woman, I feel very comfortable in every course, there is always another female training partner and the atmosphere in every course is very pleasant. The training courses are well structured, you are supported individually but also challenged so that you can get the best out of yourself. Whether martial arts, yoga or fitness, at the CSC everything is offered by a top team of trainers. The coaches are all very well trained and have various successes in their sport, from which you benefit incredibly. I particularly like the training times: you have the opportunity to train 7 days a week, sometimes in the mornings, and there are regular free training sessions and sparring sessions. If you want, you have the opportunity to take part in competitions and are well supported in preparation and on day X, but there is no pressure for those who just want to work out their energy in training. Each course caters to both beginners and advanced learners; no one is left out and feels overwhelmed or under-challenged. Regardless of whether you are just starting out with martial arts or whether you have been training for years, you will receive optimal support in your development here. The changing room and bathroom are always very clean (can only speak of the women's changing room), as is the hall. Good, well-maintained equipment is available. I can only recommend the CSC to anyone who values high-quality training and wants to take their martial arts skills to a new level. I have never experienced the openness and good atmosphere in any other martial arts gym as I did in the CSC. Big compliments to the owner and the entire team!

Diverse program - from competitive Muay Thai to BJJ, yoga to historical sword fighting, there is a good combo for everyone. Across the board, decent trainers who help you move forward and motivate you. And sensible training partners with whom you can improve each other. The rooms and furnishings are well maintained and if something breaks, it is quickly replaced I found my gym - deserved 5/5 stars and hopefully many more years of such high-quality training 🩶

Absolutely top class. Trainers are all incredibly competent and constantly encourage you to achieve top performance. The ambience is well equipped and the members you meet ensure a good atmosphere and thus complete the picture. Therefore, with full support, I deserve 5 stars and my recommendation to everyone to try it out and be convinced!
