  My 4-year-old daughter has been attending children's training here for a few months, and we're very, very happy! The trainers are very good and motivating. The varied training is also particularly great: In addition to technique and playful learning, the focus is also on coordination, endurance, strength, and the right way to work out – perfect for little bundles of energy! My daughter always leaves training happy, balanced, and full of pride, and looks forward to the next one. There's a wonderful, positive, and respectful atmosphere here.   We had a self-defense class for women today at our company's JUMA Fighthaus. The trainers are highly motivated, the atmosphere was very pleasant, and it was a lot of fun. We were shown how to defend ourselves in various situations and what's important. Even if we hopefully never find ourselves in those situations, we now know what to do. Thank you so much!   The fight house is simply great! The atmosphere is motivating and respectful, the trainers are absolutely professional and have a lot of experience. Regardless of whether you are a beginner or an advanced student – ​​everyone is supported individually here. The training is varied, challenges the body and mind and is incredibly fun. I particularly like the clear structure of the courses and the family atmosphere in the team. If you want to train seriously and develop further, this is the right place for you.
