Me and my partner did some drop in classes here while visiting the area. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming! The trainers were very knowledgeable and the focus on technique was amazing! 10/10 would recommend for anyone brand new or seasoned in martial arts!
Really enjoyed training Muay Thai here. Great equipment, knowledgeable trainers, and a welcoming environment for everyone, from beginners to pro fighters. If I ever come back to Canada, I’ll definitely be back for more training. Highly recommend!
Great Muay Thai and BJJ gym for kids! My daughter loves training here. The instructors are amazing and the community is super welcoming. She has gotten stronger, more confident, and has made great friends. We’re very happy with our experience! Highly recommend!

I’ve been really shy getting back into the gym after 2 decades since I last put on gloves, but the coaches, staff and members at MAFA are incredibly supportive and encouraging. Going to class, while physically exhausting, has become a highlight of my week. Also, the technique is on point and they will challenge you to push yourself, cautiously. I see them checking in to make sure I’m ok;)
From the amazing, kind, and welcoming owner to the fantastic coaches and overall atmosphere, this facility is truly exceptional. My hockey girl is absolutely hooked and loves every class. It’s such a warm, supportive environment for both kids and parents. Highly recommend—don’t hesitate to check it out!
Best martial arts gym. Next step is better tournament/fight organization. It's always a blast, but also always disorganized for both fighters and spectators, before and during the event.

This place is the best gym hands down they got it all my kids do my Thai and jujitsu here, the staff is so welcoming we feel like a family they railways welcoming the kids love the coaches, it's not a membership it's an entrance to family, where everyday u learn everyday your welcome from the entrance to the exit, their classes r super interactive keeps the members on their toes from beginning to end. The kids love it n look forward to coming here n me too while they learn I workout. It's a win win. I don't think we will ever switch from this gym ever!!
This has been my first martial arts gym and it’s been roughly 8 months. It has literally changed my life! Mentally and physically. The instructors are amazing and go above and beyond every class. Everyone is extremely respectful and helpful. I have tried single classes at other gyms here and there but the atmosphere here and instructing style is not comparable. If you are looking to make good change in your lifestyle don’t hesitate to try this place out you won’t regret it, even for newbies it’s a welcoming place. Thank you MAFA!
This gym is amazing, great instructors, great atmosphere, age range is young to old. They treat you like family and everyone is extremely respectful. Great place to get into shape mentally and physically. Definitely recommend if you are looking to get healthy.

Was in town for work and ended up coming here for some BJJ training. The whole experience was fantastic. The staff are all very friendly and professional. The gym is clean with a very high quality atmosphere. The training was high level and very well taught. The other students in the class were all very welcoming and I can't say enough good things about the general vibe in the gym. Highly recommend going here.
