Coach Amr is an incredible coach who does an amazing job at breaking down techniques clearly and thoroughly. He always takes the time to make sure you truly understand and patiently clears any doubts. I’m always excited to train and learn from him.

Great staff, great gym, I learn so much every day. Coach Amr really shows his calibre and attention to detail. Awesome facility for Brazilian jiu jitsu (BJJ)!

Coach Amr is a world class athlete and leader on the mats. He structures his classes in a way that guarantees technical progress under live resistance to keep students engaged. His instruction is second to none and his focus is contagious. If you are in the southwest Mississauga/Oakville area, there is no better place to train BJJ. Highly recommend checking out BFG.

I have known Amr for years and he is one of the most hard working people I know and that's what make him different. He is an amazing coach and person. I would highly recommend training here if you can to get some world class training and level up your bjj game.
