Romel is a cut above the rest. One of the best coaches to ever grace Australia, great location with easy parking and great friendly team to hone in on your MMA skills. Highly recommended

I go here primarily for the bjj classes including the girls only bjj class. The coaches know what they are talking about! I've never done martial arts before until now as an adult and I've developed into a better version of myself. Being a regular, the gym has grown onto me and I've even tried greco-roman wrestling and mma. I highly recommend this gym (:

A great gym for real fighters. No easy rounds here. Coach Romel (former Ralph Lauren model) will turn you into a beast (provided you are not afraid of hard work).

Highly recommend the BJJ and MMA classes. Romel is a great instructor and very humbling person. Everyone shares the same level of respect. Lots of classes.
