Best martial arts school in the world. Strong fundamentals are engrained in the curriculum but the overall training is still evolving with MMA as it progresses into a new era. Whether you’re an avid competitor or someone who just enjoys martial arts you won’t find higher quality training or a better atmosphere for becoming the best martial artist you can be.

Best Gym in all of the Midsouth and I’ll put it this way: if you’re looking for a bad gym that doesn’t make you a better fighter, isn’t the best within 250 miles, and lacks intensity, then this gym is NOT for you! Seriously, it’s that good. Come here if you’re looking to take this great sport seriously.

As an UFC current title contender I can unequivocally say coach Brian Hall is one of the brightest minds in MMA and the best coach in the area. He is a great husband, father, and has proven to be a great role model. While consistently providing a safe place for people of all ages and races to train in mixed martial arts. So, if you are looking to become a world champion or if you just want to workout and learn how to defend yourself; THIS THE PLACE FOR YOU.
