  My 11 year old son takes the kids classes and they are awesome! He is learning discipline, having fun and making friends. Coach Caleb is great with kids, gets them to work hard and makes class engaging and fun. They also have the occasional "parents night out" pizza and movie party so the kids can hang out while parents get a date night.

  Memphis Alliance is pure good energy to re-energize me after multiple physical injuries, not related to contact sports or bjj. They shine the light for me to learn quick moves to counter for self defense and on many levels start me training moves needed for applying bjj strategies and grips outside of tournaments and competition and into real life!

  This was my first jiu jitsu school before I moved away from Memphis and I still visit anytime I’m in town to train. The instruction from Prof Meadows and the coaches is solid, the students are respectful and great training partners, and the facility is clean and in a central area of Memphis.
