  I was staying in the Lancaster area for a couple of weeks and needed a place to drop in and train. Ended up going to Lancaster BJJ and I'm glad I did. The instructors were very welcoming and I ended up getting some great training in while away from home. Will definitely be coming back whenever I'm in the Lancaster area.

  Kids have been taking classes for a few months, solid fundamental instruction of skills to build off of for the future. All the coaches are patient and great with the kids, while maintaining an atmosphere of work and fun. In both adult and kids classes the phrase 'be a good teammate' is repeated often and modeled.

  I was in town visiting family. Super great group of talented grapplers. Welcomed me open arms. I’m an old brown belt from Maine and had a blast. Def recommend. The gym itself is good size, clean.

  I was in town visiting family for the weekend and was able to drop in for their Saturday class. Everyone here was super welcoming, the mats were clean, the instruction was top notch, and the rolls were tough. Can’t wait for the next time I’m around to stop in again!

  Started about 4 month ago and loving it. The teacher are kind and really care about what they are teaching. The community here is so supportive. I’ve always felt respected even when I have no idea what I’m doing. Highly recommend!
