Superb gym! As friendly and welcoming as it gets. Man, woman, child, beginner to advanced, everyone is made feel welcome in Lakeland BJJ. High quality coaching with amazing attention to detail. Couldn’t recommend enough.

HIGHLY recommend SBG Mullingar for anybody wanting to learn Jiu Jitsu! Trained here for 1.5 years, at first was quite nervous starting cause i didnt know anything. The coaches eased me in week by week and they along with teammates made me feel at home on my first day; truly the most welcoming atmosphere you could imagine how matter how old/young, big/small you are
