I went here for a law enforcement seminar that professor cash put on for FREE! I can’t say enough good things about professor and his students. They were all very welcoming and the seminar was awesome. I would highly recommend this jiu jitsu gym to anyone in the area.

Great gym! My kids and I feel very relaxed training here. Dana and Chelsea (Coaches and Owners) are extremely helpful and easy going. The BJJ culture here is very professional and talented. The records of both students' and coaches' success speak for themselves.

As a visiting older student, this place was welcoming, professional, and clean. I was paired for the instructional part with a killer brown belt and he was generous with his knowledge and time. Dana, the black belt instructor, was also clear and concise; I took away some great nuggets. Thank you!

Amazing place for beginners! The owner, Dana, is super friendly, courteous, and professional. I'm a total newbie, and he made me feel right at home. I felt extremely welcomed and they have fostered an excellent sense of community cohesion and team spirit. There was a diverse group of people of all ages, weight classes, genders, and skill levels. There was even another beginner who was having his first day like me. The prices are extremely reasonable, and they over an incredibly generous free trial period. I'm so impressed that I'm not even considering other gyms that were closer to my area, because I very much doubt there could be a better place in Jacksonville to learn Jiu Jitsu than at Labyrinth!

This place has such a great atmosphere, I participate in the Women’s Self Defense Class and it is truly amazing what they are doing for all of us. The world needs more people like this, it has truly helped me walk around feeling more safe. And I think it’s so amazing that they host it for free, they’re overall just amazing!

Both my son and daughter train here with Coach Dana and they both love it. We planned to only go once or twice every other week but after the first session, they both enthusiastically wanted to go as often as possible which, for the kids’ groups, is three times per week. In a short time, we’ve seen a dramatic change in the confidence and discipline of both. No regrets with joining this gym and wholeheartedly believe every kid could benefit from training here!

You couldn’t ask for a better place to train. Coach Cash and his team have created an environment that brings the best out of their students. My daughter is only nine but loves every second of it. Each week she looks forward to training. Her coaches take their time to explain each move and then give ample time to practice it. We highly recommend giving them a try. You won’t be disappointed by their dedication and passion to the art.

This is a wonderful place for adults and kids. The owners are amazing with both and really take the time to explain the different moves. They also have a women's self defense class that I have truly enjoyed taking and makes me feel more safe knowing how to defend myself. Would Highly recommend this business!

Labyrinth is amazing! If you’ve been struggling to find a place with no pressure, look no further. Coach Dana and Chelsea are so helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. They’ve created an open, inviting culture for their school and make everyone, no matter what experience they have feel welcome. I was so nervous to start jiu jitsu, but they’ve helped me gain so much skill and confident in the short time I’ve been training with them. 10/10 would recommend!
