  Starting to train with this awesome community was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made for my physical and mental health. I’m in the best shape of my life at 50 years old, and Kraken is a big reason for that. I started with the kickboxing program which was awesome. Then I was introduced to jiu jitsu, and everything changed! The benefits to training have been well documented and experienced by more and more people everyday in this beautiful, but deadly art. I could not have wished for a better place to start my journey than Kraken Jiu Jitsu in Campbellford. I look forward to every training session and appreciate the people I’ve had the pleasure to train with there.

  Great instructors, very friendly, knowledgeable and overall a great environment. Would definitely recommend this gym if you are looking to start training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu
