Love this gym so much. The Trent BJJ classes are genuinely the highlight of my week and always something I look forward too. Through personal experience with other BJJ gyms, this one has by far the friendliest atmosphere and isn't cash grab like my previous gym. Multiple times I’ve asked instructors Tim and Stewart for advice and not once have they promoted private sessions but rather were eager to teach me. Although I have an extremely busy schedule with school, I’m proud to say that the little free time I have is well spent training here.

A really welcoming and fun gym. I dropped in for a couple of sessions. I had a chance to do the women's classes and the saturday class. The coaches and the members were really welcoming. Thanks again for having me. I'm hoping to come back soon.

Almost two years ago I stepped out of my comfort zone and onto the mats, and I haven't looked back! This community is so welcoming, with a wealth of knowledge they are happy to share. The class times also always have something that accommodates my constantly changing schedule. Would highly recommend!

Eris Martial Arts is filled with amazing kind people from the instructors and the individuals you roll with. You will be surprised with how much you learn in a short period of time. This is a judgement free place with great vibes.

This is a very welcoming place for adults and kids alike. I was always impressed with the instruction but even more so by the learning environment they have been able to develop. This gym has a fun loving, hard working and inclusive culture.
