  Great BJJ gym, it has a wide range of options to fit your schedule, good installations and great coaches. It also has open mats so you can get experience from people that train at other gyms. Gym equipment is also available if you would like to train a specific workout routine. And the people are awesome too, overall 10/10

  I can’t say enough about how fantastic Junction Academy is. From the moment I joined, I felt welcomed and safe. Everyone is friendly, from the pupils to coaches, especially Annie and Justin! All coaches deliver great instruction and demonstrate care, patience, and excitement in all of their classes. They have far exceeded all of my expectations and I can’t imagine myself training elsewhere. Junction Academy fosters such a great community! I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to start or continue training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. OSS!

  Whether you're a total beginner or experienced, you will have a great time learning from the instructors. Justin has a wealth of experience and technical expertise, making even complex techniques easy to grasp. Annie, on the other hand, has a fantastic way of breaking down the fundamentals, ensuring that everyone can follow along and improve. The lesson plans here are top-notch and easy to learn if you put in the time and effort. It is a judgment-free environment with a real sense of camaraderie among the students. I highly recommend this gym.

  Cant say enough good things about Junction Academy of MMA! The most friendly instructors, staff, and teammates!! Instructors provide high quality breakdown of techniques to take your martial arts skill to the next level. It is very evident that the instructors care about your progress and success! Super motivating teammates make training so enjoyable. The facility is very spacious and very clean (even the washrooms are spotless!) I always look forward to training here!
