We’ve been coming here for about 6 months now. I originally put my boys in to have a fitness regiment and an outlet for growing boys. The discipline and techniques taught here develop your kids and/or your own self confidence. The day came last week where a bully decided put his hands around my child’s neck. This is a situation where deescalation and avoidance are no longer an option. My child quickly neutralized the bully with just 3 motions. The bully was severely injured and the school did not take kindly to the circumstances. Know that the school will never side with you in self defense but rest assured that teaching your kids self defense skills will keep them safer than if they don’t know what or how to do it. Had my kid been a less formidable person, the outcome could have been devastating. Self defense is about protecting your body, not your pride. The difference can be learned here in the dojo.

My family have been taking classes here for almost a year. Learning a martial art can be intimidating, but the coaches and students here are a friendly community who make novices feel welcome. You can take Judo as seriously or casually as you care to at this dojo. They are accommodating of different ages, goals, and natural abilities. The rates are very affordable and different memberships are available to suit your schedule and needs.

My son and I attend class here and it is a great atmosphere. The instructors are knowledgeable and accommodate issues with anxiety. We highly recommend this studio to anyone interested in learning Judo.

Last night was our 6-year-old’s first class, and we’re definitely coming back! The studio was very clean, and the staff were very patient and welcoming. The scheduling is very flexible, which is nice because we’re not sure how long our son will be interested in coming, but for now he’s excited for his next class.

I just came here for the first time with my step dad and his son to watch the class and I was very impressed by how professional and fun this place is. They have incredible teachers and had a great atmosphere. Even though I wasn’t a student they allowed me to throw my step dad around a little bit which was very fun. All in all would definitely recommend this place!!
