  This club is special, lunchtime classes with an awesome group of people with a variety of backgrounds/ages/genders, many working locally in the film industry. Everyone looks after each other making training safe and super enjoyable. Dave the coach is a superb teacher and caters expertly to all levels. The club is based out of endorphinz gym which itself has a sweet welcoming atmosphere and is a handy place to supplement with weights or other classes, tho any level of fitness is honestly fine for the jiu jitsu. I love this place to bits!

  Nice place to train BJJ in a friendly and safe environment. The club offers gi and no gi training as well as kids class on Saturday. All levels from absolute beginner to advance and competitors are welcome. Dave is a great instructor.

  Great and safe place to train BJJ with Great coaches and environment, filled with great bunch of people from all backgrounds,ages and sizes.. when you come in to train at JJ1st definitely you would feel that you are welcomed like a family. The training it always fun and there will be time we got pushed for conditioning exercises.

At the same time he is nurturing every one of his students and pushing them to become their best in their own time. Truly great place to train!

  JJ1st has a great training atmosphere where you can either focus on improving your competive game or just keeping fit while learning useful skills. Awesome group of people and Dave is a fantastic coach.
