Amazing, relaxed, inviting, fun environment. The instructors were very knowledgeable and explained the techniques very well. The free rolls were fun. I watched the end of a kids class and really liked how their system and classes are built for all. Highly recommend and I can't wait to come back and work with them again!!!!
Posted 1 year agoAmazing atmosphere, amazing instructors as well. They explain clearly and take the time to work with you one on one to make sure you are performing each technique properly and safely. It's a great atmosphere for young and older students as well. The beginner class is great and the more advanced classes are very good as well. You can't go wrong training here.

Posted 2 years agoStopped in while in town for the weekend and had a great time! Coaches and students in the gym were very welcoming and happy to teach a new student like me. Definitely recommend to anyone that lives in the area or if you’re passing through!
Posted 1 year agoVery welcoming group of guys! The instructor was very helpful and worked with me a lot on the moves he was going over. I felt right at home here! If you’re in town for work like me or if you’re new to the area and want to give jiu jitsu a shot I highly recommend attending a class here! Thanks again for letting me drop in for a training session!
