Been training here a few months now, great gym, plenty of classes throughout the day which helps massively fitting round work etc. Never thought I would enjoy MMA as much as I do until I started training here, Dan and his team of coaches are top quality and promote a great training environment, would 100% recommend.
Posted 1 year agoMy son has been attending now for nearly a year & he’s progressed so much in just 9 months he’s reached his orange belt. His confidence has grown and he absolutely loves classes. The staff are amazing with all the children and they go above and beyond to make them feel welcome and support their learning. They have a good class structure but also make the learning fun and age appropriate for all the children. Highly recommend anyone looking for their child or their selves to get in touch with Intensity! Dan & his team are amazing at what they do.

Posted 1 year agoI whole heartedly recommend Intensity MMA I have my 3 son's there 2 are now orange belts and my youngest yellow excellent coaches who take there time with the kids and help them develop all the skills they need and more
Posted 3 years agoRecently joined Intensity MMA as a family of four. Dan is so welcoming and accommodating. The club offers a great variety of classes for all levels. A real friendly, family like environment. Hygiene is top level. Couldn't want for a better club to train at. Can't wait to see what the future holds for our journey here 😁
