Where do i start i dome a white collar and used these guys for training cant thank them enough for the proffesionlism adn attitudes all teachers were great had time and listened also taight us respect ourselves and each other through out the experience and the coaches are pbenominal so technical its crazy i drew my fihht i would love to run it again as when in thay cage i couldnt focis my hearing all became a blir plus a broke rib amd hairline crack my foot lol wouldnt change it though top night tha lyou intensity for all your hard work and patience
My son has attended Intensity MMA for about a year or so now, we’d tried multiple places prior to finding these as my lad never quite took to the sport until we came here! The coaches are incredible with the kids and make every session inclusive and fun, I could not recommend this place enough.
Fantastic experience for my son and myself today in the beginner MMA session. Cant wait to get started training for the Ultra Event, starting my journey early to give myself a goal. The dicipline, respect and enjoyment on the matt is amazing. Communication on the phone with Dan, his demonstrations and explanations are easy to understand even for a total rookie like myself. Im iin good hands in preparation for the event, membership signed up too 💯👊
We’ve had an amazing experience at Intensity. Coach Dan is brilliant – knowledgeable, encouraging, and great with the kids. The gym has a real family feel, with teammates who support and push each other to grow. As a parent, I really appreciate the comfortable waiting area and how welcoming the staff are from the moment you walk in. It’s clear they care deeply about their members, and it’s become a second home for our son. Couldn’t recommend it more!
Kids started a few months ago. Made to feel really welcome and part of the team straight away! Can’t praise Dan enough!
Posted 1 year agoBeen training here a few months now, great gym, plenty of classes throughout the day which helps massively fitting round work etc. Never thought I would enjoy MMA as much as I do until I started training here, Dan and his team of coaches are top quality and promote a great training environment, would 100% recommend.
Posted 1 year agoRecently joined Intensity MMA as a family of four. Dan is so welcoming and accommodating. The club offers a great variety of classes for all levels. A real friendly, family like environment. Hygiene is top level. Couldn't want for a better club to train at. Can't wait to see what the future holds for our journey here 😁
Posted 2 years agoMy son has been attending now for nearly a year & he’s progressed so much in just 9 months he’s reached his orange belt. His confidence has grown and he absolutely loves classes. The staff are amazing with all the children and they go above and beyond to make them feel welcome and support their learning. They have a good class structure but also make the learning fun and age appropriate for all the children. Highly recommend anyone looking for their child or their selves to get in touch with Intensity! Dan & his team are amazing at what they do.
Posted 2 years agoI whole heartedly recommend Intensity MMA I have my 3 son's there 2 are now orange belts and my youngest yellow excellent coaches who take there time with the kids and help them develop all the skills they need and more
