Just wow — what an amazing martial arts family to have joined! I’d always wanted to try martial arts, and after years of taking my daughter, I finally found the courage to start training myself back in February 2024. When I began, I was extremely overweight, lacked confidence, and had zero stamina. But from the very first class, Grand Master Jones saw potential in me that I couldn’t yet see in myself. Through his unwavering support, patience, and encouragement, he has helped me completely change my life — not just physically, but mentally and emotionally as well. Grand Master Jones is truly one of a kind. His knowledge, passion, and dedication to his students are unmatched. He genuinely cares about every single person who walks through the doors and pushes each of us to be our absolute best — both on and off the mats. His belief in me has given me the confidence to achieve things I never thought possible. And it’s not just Grand Master Jones who makes this place so special — my peers at Integrity are absolutely incredible to train with. Everyone supports, motivates, and uplifts one another. I’ve been training with IMA for 2 years now with Mr Nourse and Miss Farran, at Corfe Mullen. They are both exceptional instructors, patient and supportive. There is a real feeling of camaraderie within IMA as a whole and it really does feel like one big family. The standard is extremely high and progressing through the belts feels like a real achievement. I look forward to going every week.

Can’t say enough good things about Integrity. The atmosphere is welcoming, supportive, and completely free of ego. The coaches and students genuinely want you to succeed. The instructors are led by a Grand Master and multiple Masters in Taekwondo, along with a team of highly skilled kickboxing coaches and senior Black belts who are always there to help. Classes are friendly and encouraging, but also extremely challenging. It’s a space where students of all ages and experience levels can grow, whether you’re looking to build confidence, gain practical skills or just push yourself. The training not only develops martial arts ability but also enables growth, discipline, and resilience. Whether you’re a beginner or advanced of any age, you’ll always be supported, motivated, and challenged.
I have been privileged to be a part of the Integrity family for a few years now and it has well and truly changed my life! Grand Master Jones’ knowledge, encouragement and support has been unwavering regardless of whetger you are just starting out in your martial arts journey or you are a well seasoned martial artist. Our son has been training with Master Jones for almost 2 years & absolutely loves it. Integrity instructors are knowledgeable, fun, kind & firm when necessary. My son enjoys progressing through the belts, has made lots of friendships & looks forward to Taekwondo every week.
Very interesting place, seems wildly unprofessional at times despite them knowing their stuff. Would look at a superior martial art like Mauy Thai where they take it more seriously. Maybe good for little kids.
