Extremely great club and friendly members, everyone is there to help each other out in learning the art of BJJ/Jujitsu. Pete and merve are a great team and always go the extra mile to help everyone out! The beginners courses in Gi and No-Gi are great once you start there is no turning back highly recommend!

Posted 3 weeks agoA fantastic welcoming, and professional club, recently started my BJJ Gi journey again after a 14 year break from any martial arts, I was nervous about getting back into the sport at 44. I was made to feel welcome instantly when I arrived at my first group session. 7 months down the line and I feel part of the community that the team have built. Keep up the amazing work.
Posted a year agoAbsolutely fantastic place to train Jiu Jitsu. Very knowledgeable and patient instructors make Paraestra Poole ideal for experienced grapplers or people new to the sport. All the students are really friendly and help each other, no matter the level of experience. There’s very much a chilled family vibe from everyone. Great timetable with classes in the evenings and lunchtime makes this gym really accessible.
Posted a year agoStarted off my BJJ journey here and couldn't recommend highly enough. Great sessions for all abilities. Very welcoming, very humble and very enjoyable. Quality instructors and a really good atmosphere.
