This gym is an exceptional place for anyone serious about improving their skills as an MMA competitor. Having worked with top fighters across the country for over a decade, I can confidently say that this gym stands out for its comprehensive approach to MMA. They don’t just focus on one aspect, they teach the complete game, with expert instruction in striking, grappling and wrestling. What really sets them apart is their commitment to building skilled competitors. Whether you're new to the sport or an experienced fighter looking to sharpen your abilities, the coaches here are focused on helping every student develop the tools they need to succeed in the cage. It's the only gym in the country that takes this well-rounded approach, creating a strong foundation in each discipline of MMA. If you’re looking for a place that will push you and refine your skills, this is it.

I was new to Homeground MMA but not new to Muay Thai. Trainer Sara Tan was really very genuine and taught me some of the finer points in striking and distance and movement, very professional. I could see Homeground MMA is a very good place to train in, not to mention the very clean training floor!

Great gym. Attended the BJJ classes by instructor Rahul and Muay Thai class by instructor Tiffany during my trial week. Both instructors are very skilled and explained the techniques clearly. The community at Homeground is also very friendly. Everyone went at an appropriate pace and strength with me, even if they were much more skilled. Many members also took the time to talk to me and practice techniques with me outside of class time. I strongly recommend this gym to anyone interested in Muay Thai, BJJ and MMA.

Attended the boxing class by coach Jia Wei, a former national boxer. He observes each student and gives tips for improvement that only an experienced boxer can give. The drills and light sparring are very useful in learning good technique.

Fantastic gym. Everyone is friendly and there is a nice sense of community. I've had an injured knee whilst training and all the coaches and everyone I've rolled with have been great. Lessons are engaging, with a good level of detail and great pacing. And as important as anything, the skill level of the gym members is excellent!
