  Shinya is an extremely knowledgeable coach, but is also very approachable and makes the classes interesting and enjoyable. I was on a work project in Singapore for 6 months and found everyone at the club to be very friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend this club - you won't regret it!

  So grateful that I found Synergy while visiting for holiday. The instructor Shinya is so great with instruction and knows the exact details of each technique. Him and his students are so friendly and kind. Wouldn’t train anywhere else while in Singapore!

  Excellent place to train at. Coach is very passionate and knowledgeable, and teaches concepts and techniques in a way that is easy to understand. Students are also very friendly and welcoming. They also have a 2 weeks free trial available, which is the longest and best I could find in Singapore.

  Hi from the philippine island of mactan! I love this gym. Very positive vibe. Conducive to learning. Very friendly students (superficially looks harmless 😁). Has morning class as well as evening. Most importantly the coach is awesome and very patient in dealing with newer students! Highly recommended.

  Prof Shinya taught seminar lesson of kimura technique in my Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Academy in Surabaya Indonesia shortly before i come to Singapore but dissapontedly i could not join the Seminar because family reason. I'm so happy that i can train with him as the kindest BJJ Professor in Singapore 😁🙌🏻
