Coach Jordan is great at teaching! It’s easy to understand and his advice is helpful during drills. Whenever my partner and I need help trying something new, he’s always there to show us how to do it. Excited to learn more from him!!!

A buddy, and I train here frequently and it is a excellent program. The head instructor is teaching modern Jiu Jitsu and you can tell he studies the biggest names in the game.

Absolutely the BEST Jiu Jitsu gym! Was my first time joining a class and brought my family to check the place out. Hoc, Elizabeth, and everyone in the class were incredibly welcoming! My 3 year old told me she wanted to come back again the next day right after the class was over! Unbelievable! Such a great community of awesome people! Whether you’re a long time Jiu Jitsu-er or a newbie like me, I cannot recommend this place enough! Such an awesome community and got some incredible training in!! Thanks Hoc and Elizabeth! You and your Jiu Jitsu community are doing great things!!! Will definitely be back!

I can’t say enough good things about HEVA BJJ! Highly recommended!! We scoped out a few different martial arts places and we are so lucky to have found HEVA. They offer kids and adults classes in a clean and very family friendly place. The coaches are amazing especially Coach Hoc & Coach Elizabeth. My son started a year ago and we’ve seen him grow immensely into a stronger and resilient young man. Surprisingly after watching my son practice for 10 months, it sparked an interest in me I never knew I had. It’s been fun thus far. We love it and you will too! Come see for yourself!

I am Vietnamese. My son is 3 years and 8 months old. Before choosing this place to learn martial arts, I knew a lot of different places, but I don't understand why I chose this place, according to our Buddhist parlance, maybe it's because of our predestined relationship, more Seeing their pictures inspired me to choose them as my current place for my son to study. What is special in my eyes is that they are very attentive, enthusiastic and take great care of each students through the gestures and actions they guide for students. I am so happy and lucky to have met them, they have guided my son above all expectations, because my son does not understand English, they have to love kids how to express themselves like this. So, this is my chance to say thank you to them. Watching them teach students and witnessing them is also a time for us to feel how interesting this life is. Actually I am still so much things to say about them but temporary I stop here

Coach Hoc is doing something incredible with HEVA BJJ. I have zero experience with martial arts in general, but I decided to reach out and see about trying a class. Coach Hoc was so kind in his correspondence with me, and when I showed up to the class he was the same - kind, considerate, and thoughtful. The rest of the class was nerve-wracking for me, and folks could not have been more welcoming! Coach Hoc adjusted the moves for me to be more beginner friendly while also still challenging me. I left the class feeling capable and strong! There's something special happening at HEVA BJJ and you would be lucky to be a part of it.

Amazing practice with wonderful people. Whether you're a beginner or advanced in your practice the coaches do a great job of teaching to your level. They also make sure that everybody is practicing safely with good technique. Everyone I've met here has been very friendly and courteous. There's a real family vibe at HEVA.

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu was very intimidating to me but attending a class at HEVA helped calm my nerves. The coaches and members were so kind, patient, and supportive. I had a lot more fun than I expected. They had classes for kids and adults at all levels and their facility was nice and clean. No need to take my word for it, I’d recommend dropping by and experiencing it for yourself!

I've visited a handful of BJJ academies, what makes HEVA unique is the caring community and coaches. The family feel is evident by how welcoming everyone was. It was fun to see parents and their children attending BJJ together. HEVA BJJ is great for adults and children who want to try it out for the first time and for those who are looking to improve their game.

HEVA BJJ is a great place to train as it is full of great instructors that make the environment safe, family-oriented, and fun as they make sure to teach you nee techniques and have you apply them as you use the open mat! You got to give this place a shot even if you are from a different place like me and come visit it to see everything this place offers. An awesome place to drop in at for people already knowledgable about the sport, and an even better place for a beginner as the instructor, Hoc, is very thorough and ensuring students are exposed to both wrestling and jiu jitsu techniques by incorporating them seamlessly into instruction. The students are all friendly, eager to learn, and experienced in various other martial arts as well!
