  Coach Jeremy and Coach Jamie are incredible. This gym is like a family - we have five kids here who are learning not only technique but life skills and interaction on a professional level. We can’t say enough about this place. These people are salt of the earth. The kind of influence you want for your kids.

  Coach Jeremy is an amazing instructor who has competed against and trained alongside some of the best BJJ/MMA practitioners in the sport. He is especially good at guiding you towards techniques and concepts that help you overcome your own weaknesses (whether they be due to age, injuries, lack of fundamentals, etc.). His instruction and guidance has helped me improve my ground game over the years and has been worth every penny.

  All of my kids are taking classes here, each one has become stronger and more confident about themselves. My older daughers love the adult class. Great mixture of girls and boys in both classes. They teach morals, ethics and discipline. This is the real deal if you want full range training.

  My son and I have been going to Heritage Jiu Jitsu for almost a year and a half now, and we really love it. The people are very welcoming, the professor is highly knowledgeable, and the classes are fun. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to learn Jiu Jitsu!
