  Did a session tonight with Heather, Rachel, and Jen leading our Towson Women’s Lacrosse players and staff through self-defense fundamentals and it was an engaging, informative and absolutely empowering hour together. The girls certainly will feel more confident and strong in the future! We are so grateful for the experience!

  I visited Hereford BJJ when I was in town to see family, and came to a nogi class and an open mat. Good mat space, clean, etc. I worked with Richard in class, and rolled with him again at the open mat, and I felt super comfortable and safe, as a visiting white belt. I used something he and Tom taught me a few days later actually, and that was really fun for me! Thanks for hosting me!

  Awesome place to train bjj. Atmosphere is amazing. The Instructors are all very approachable and always happy to help with any questions you might have. Lots of tough rolls as well.

  My son (5) has been taking the kids all level class twice a week for about 4 weeks. He absolutely loves it, he wakes up each morning and asks "is today Jiu Jitsu?" He has gained confidence and the class helps him use some of that little boy energy. The coaches have been great, coach to kid ratio is exceptional and each kid is coached where they are. We've been looking for a way for our rambunctious little guy to have a place to be physical and safe and we found it!

  My son absolutely loves his Jiu Jitsu class! Since starting, he’s gained so much confidence and always looks forward to going. The instructors and students are incredibly welcoming and supportive – it really feels like a great community. We’re so glad we found this place!
