  My son went to his first class today to try it out. He absolutely loved it. The coach and his family were amazing! My son enjoyed every minute of practice, and is very excited to get back to the next class. The coach made my sons first introduction to kickboxing a huge W. Can't wait to see my sons progression.

  Austin was a great instructor and helped correct my form, and gave helpful tips! The class was a nice workout and entertaining. I definitely feel more comfortable throwing a punch 🥊

  The Ferguson brothers don’t just bring the energy to training, but they bring the passion as well. I’ve been training with the Fergs for some years, and classes never get boring or repetitive. Whether you are new or experienced the classes will always bring the best out of you! Always recommend!
