- Great atmosphere with very welcoming and experienced coaching - All levels beginners, intermediates and advanced tran here. - As a beginner-intermediate myself, I really enjoyed my time here.
I went there for the trial classes, very friendly, good place, multiple coloured belts , few black belts , feels like a good academy to continue my BJJ journey
Daughter has been going strong for 3 years with this epic crew, super fun classes where they learn a lot in a supportive way! Definitely recommend!
It's become a community for our family. Our son attends classes since 2023 and from a shy, reserved, non participating kid to a confident, engaging and excited to attend kid, we thank the Groundworx team for that. It's so much more than Jui Jitsu. Connection, respect and routine. The teachers are legends always including, uplifting and challenging kids to move forward.
Not one to be super social and involved at gyms, but I am here! Amazing vibe and a good group of close-knit guys. Coaches are experienced in BJJ and MMA. I find myself learning new skills every class and continuing to evolve my fundamentals. Warm in winter and cool in summer. Recommend for noobs and sweats alike! If you show up, I will triangle you. No exceptions.
My son has been training at Groundworx for the past 3 years and not only has he gained so many new skills in Jiu Jitsu and competed multiple times but he has found a new self confidence that was never there. He has made new friends and looks forward to every training session. Couldn’t ask for better coaches or community
Awesome gym with an undeniable team culture, whether you’re a competitive athlete or a first time novice. Such great people/team-mates and really patient and attentive coaches!
Awesome group of people to train with. They were so patient and very technical in their Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Also left my jacket in there and the Professor was so kind to help me by coming over early morning to let collect it even when it was closed. Will definitely recommend coming back here.
