I go for the Women's Kickboxing Cardo class and I love it! Been going a couple of weeks and I'm hooked. It's fun, great for you, and everyone is so welcoming. Can't wait to try out more classes at this gym.

The trainers are friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The facility is clean and pricing is very reasonable. Having been to a couple other gyms around the area, this one is great. It doesn't matter if you're in it for the fitness or trying to become a professional fighter, these guys will work with you to reach your goals at your own pace.

I have been attending the yoga class and women's kickboxing class every week for several months now. I was nervous attending a work out class for the first time. It can be intimidating. The yoga instructor Amanda is fantastic. She is patient and kind! It is a safe environment where I don't feel embarrassed to make a mistake or feel bad about myself if I can't do a pose or a stretch well. The kickboxing instructor Rachel is so bubbly and fun! She makes me laugh and is patient if I make mistakes. Overall, the gym feels safe and welcoming. It's nice to be in an environment that fosters learning. The owners are Massillon natives and have so much love for this community!

Great gym! I take my kids here for private lessons and Dustin has so much patience with my kids and teaches them at a level they understand. My kids love it and beg to go back. I took personal private lessons and I looked forward to coming back every week. It’s nice having a local gym that offers a big time feel. I would recommend to everyone at every level.
