    This martial arts school provides an excellent balance of discipline, fitness, and self-defense training. The instructors are highly skilled and genuinely care about each student’s progress.     My son does BJJ in Massachusetts, he came to visit me for the summer. While he was here, he attended a number of their open mats and practices. He really enjoyed it! When I asked him what he thought, "they are the most welcoming and easy to fit in. I learned some new stuff, they also had great coaches!"

    Visited the area for a few weeks and this will be my go to BJJ gym anytime I’m in the area for the whole family. Great instructors for both adults and kids. Definitely a good culture and a very welcoming environment.

    While visiting family in Canton, I dropped into Sunday open mat. Everyone here was very welcoming. The facility was large, clean, and each roll was solid. I will definitely drop back in next chance I get!

    Great atmosphere, great people. Unlike most BJJ places there is a lot of room on the mats. Lots of different ranks all willing to share. The kickboxing/muay thai program is great as well. In both programs you can find the novice all the way up to those who compete.
