Been training here for about a year, couldn’t recommend it more. Great culture and top training. Access to wider gymbox classes is an added bonus, don’t use them much but occasional yoga class and strength session makes the membership even better value for money. Jack, Ross, Ian and Nathan are top coaches who invest in their students...from band new white belts to top competitors. Classes are a lot quieter than most other top gyms, ideal for beginners getting more time and attention from coaches and higher belts. If you’re wanting JJ in South London this is your place.

Great place to learn BJJ. Good atmosphere, plenty of help from more experienced competitors and great coach, Jack. Although I'm unable to attend as much as I'd like, I'm learning more with every lesson and I'm enjoying it more every week. For any new starter....beware! Its very addictive!!

Love training here. At first I was a bit nervous that the sport would be a bit macho and intimidating for women, especially beginners. Couldn’t have been further from the truth though, the classes are a really safe environment and I always feel comfortable and well looked after no matter who I’m rolling with. I feel so much more confident in my ability to defend myself. Would recommend BJJ to anyone looking to learn some self defence and Grand Union is an amazing place to do it.

One of the best jiu-jitsu clubs i've been to. The atmosphere in the gym is great, the tuition is second to none and it is obvious that the club cares about good culture and friendliness because everyone is exceptionally kind and helpful! If you want to learn from the best coaches in the game and make use of world-class facilities then come down and join us!

A couple of month in and I am absolutely loving it. Great coaches, very experienced black belts and a community of good people. Jiu Jitsu makes for a great full body work as well as an effective martial art.
