  Our son started here in January of 2022, doing both Taikwando and Jui Jitsu. Dave Johnson, the owner, is an excellent coach and everyone at the gym is positive and supportive. We have been extremely happy and can’t imagine being any where else!!

  I take my 6 year old here for the bully proof class. He loves the class. Master Dave is great with the kids. It's a mix fun exercises, technique, some discussion, and instructions to deal with bullies. It's great!

  I started attending the Combatives classes in July 2017. The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable about Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Gracie jiu jitsu specifically. The academy is a certified training center for Gracie University, so you follow its curriculum. With a membership, you also get access to Gracie’s online resources. Instructors and students are very welcoming. It’s like my second home because I go to class as often as I can - Monday through Thursday evenings and on Saturdays!

  Master Dave truly cares about the Children and their development. Bully Proof is a beautiful thing for kids to understand how to protect themselves from bullies. More importantly, they are learning how to NOT be one. I also love his patience with adults learning Gracie Jiu Jitsu. The process is well worth the reward.
